As a Senior Account Executive, Americas you’ll play a critical role in expanding Bidease’s footprint, building strategic partnerships, and driving new-business revenue growth through self-generated accounts. If you're passionate about digital advertising, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at consultative sales—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Own the sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and growing strategic accounts
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with brands and agencies in the mobile ad tech space
Educate clients on Bidease’s programmatic solutions, helping them solve business challenges and optimize their advertising performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, ad operations and customer success teams to maximize client success and retention
Meet and exceed revenue targets by structuring and closing high-value deals
Serve as an industry expert, staying up to date with trends in mobile advertising, ad tech, and programmatic buying
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and sales reporting in CRM
Travel to attend industry events, generating new leads and nurturing existing contacts
Host sales-led lunches, dinners, happy hours and other forms of entertainment for clients and prospects
What You Bring:
âś… Proven track record of selling media and performance-based mobile in-app advertising solutions.
âś… A robust and active network of buyer contacts, including UA Managers or those who hold similar roles overseeing mobile performance advertising budgets.âś… Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and in-app advertising.âś… Demonstrated success in closing new business deals with brands and agencies to drive revenue.âś… Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.âś… Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.âś… Analytical mindset with the ability to craft data-driven solutions for clients.

About the Role
We are seeking an Ad Operations professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing. The ideal candidate will excel at executing, optimizing, and scaling performance-based advertising campaigns while tailoring strategies to best fit each client’s goals. This role requires a blend of ad tech expertise, data analytics, and operational efficiency to drive measurable outcomes. You will be hands-on in campaign execution, leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to improve decision-making, maximize efficiency, and boost ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and scale client accounts through strategic planning, continuous optimization, and efficient resource allocation.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success teams, providing actionable insights that drive performance and retention.
Own end-to-end campaign management, from client onboarding to full campaign lifecycle execution, with a focus on maximizing results and customer value.
Leverage data-driven insights, machine learning models, and automation to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine optimization strategies.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to ad fraud, invalid traffic, and other performance-impacting factors.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing structured feedback and strategic input on new features, product improvements, and workflow enhancements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance mobile advertising, programmatic, or ad tech
Deep knowledge of ad platforms, RTB, MMPs and programmatic trading.
Proven experience managing high-budget ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and revenue growth.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

IT Operations Specialist
About the role:
We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day IT needs of our employees and ensure that access, devices, software, and IT processes are managed effectively and securely.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee access to company systems, including setting up, changing, suspending, and removing access when needed
Handle the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring systems, accounts, and equipment are ready on time
Manage company software, subscriptions, licenses, and user accounts
Maintain accurate access records and regularly review permissions
Provide day-to-day IT support for logins, permissions, accounts, software, laptops, and other technical issues
Support basic IT security practices, including MFA, password requirements, admin rights, and access reviews
Manage laptops and other company equipment, including inventory, assignment, setup, repairs, and replacements
Manage email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, shared folders, drives, and related permissions
Document key IT processes and procedures
Track IT requests and ensure issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
Identify IT or security risks and escalate them when needed
Support basic system integrations and automation
Maintain visibility over access, licenses, IT issues, and key security risks
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role
Experience working with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
Experience managing user access, SaaS applications, software licenses, and company devices
Good understanding of basic IT security principles, including MFA, access controls, and permissions
Experience supporting both technical and non-technical employees
Fluency in English and Russian required
Must be based in and able to work from our Dubai office
