About Bidease

Bidease is a fast-growing mobile ad tech company specializing in in-app programmatic advertising. Our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) empowers advertisers to efficiently reach their target audience across mobile devices. We work with top brands, agencies, and app developers to drive measurable growth.

As a Senior Sales Manager, Greater China, you will build and grow Bidease’s new business in the region and own the entire sales journey: shaping the go-to-market approach, engaging UA and marketing leaders, designing test campaigns, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Reporting to the VP of Sales, APAC, you will work alongside APAC Sales leadership, Customer Success, Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing, and represent the voice of the Greater China market within Bidease.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the full sales cycle for a portfolio of high-potential prospects in Greater China, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing, and onboarding, while operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Build a strong understanding of Bidease’s solutions and the regional programmatic landscape, and turn prospects’ business needs and challenges into customized test proposals
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior advertiser stakeholders such as Heads of UA, CMOs, and business owners, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor who shapes their media investment decisions and long-term partnership with Bidease
  • Keep pipeline and forecast data in the CRM current and reliable, giving leadership a clear view of deal progress, potential risks, and growth opportunities across the region
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Ad Operations, and Product to deliver smooth client onboarding, ensuring internal teams are aligned on client goals, KPIs, timelines, and definitions of success
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, GTM, and Marketing to plan and run targeted account programs, initiatives, and events that generate and accelerate pipeline and scale the business in Greater China
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key ecosystem partners across Greater China, including agencies, industry leaders, publishers, and MMPs
  • Share regular updates with leadership on pipeline status, obstacles, product-market fit gaps, and commercial or operational issues affecting new business growth
  • Sharpen the regional sales pitch and objection-handling approach to address local market challenges, and contribute to team-wide resources such as playbooks, best practices, vertical points of view, and sales collateral
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape, translating findings into recommendations that shape GTM strategy, product roadmap, localization, positioning, and the development of new offerings for the region

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or business development, including at least 4 years in mobile ad tech (e.g., DSPs, ad networks, agencies, programmatic, or performance UA), with a consistent history of winning new accounts and surpassing revenue goals with mid-sized and large app advertisers
  • In-depth knowledge of the Greater China going-global advertising ecosystem, with an established network among global-facing app advertisers, agencies, and ecosystem partners
  • Proven capability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, covering prospecting, relationship building, stakeholder influence, consultative selling, deal structuring, commercial negotiation, and closing
  • Strong data-driven, value-based selling skills and the ability to build persuasive business cases
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex topics simply, navigate difficult conversations, and earn the trust of senior and C-suite decision-makers in the region
  • Professional proficiency in English and native-level Mandarin Chinese
