Who we seek:

We’re seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Engineering to lead our cloud platform team, reporting to the SVP R&D. In this role, you’ll oversee core technological domains including cloud platform and AI-driven products. 

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the architecture, design, and execution of our cloud platform solutions to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing products.
• Lead, inspire, and grow high-performing global engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Implement and enhance Agile methodologies to streamline development cycles and improve delivery.
• Drive the technical vision for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and trends.
• Partner with product, marketing, and other departments to deliver seamless, cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

What you’ll bring:

• A proven track record of 5+ years in senior leadership roles at a cloud company.
• Deep expertise in cloud technologies and managing high-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results.
