Salary Range: $55,000+

Purpose of the Role
The Dispositions & Stabilization Manager works closely with Asset Management and Operations to prepare properties for sale, ensuring that each asset is performing at its best, records are audit-ready, and transitions are seamless for both buyers and residents.
Core Responsibilities
Disposition Readiness

Partner with Asset Management to prepare properties for sale from an operational standpoint.

Ensure resident files, leases, rent rolls, and property records are accurate, organized, and ready for buyer review.

Identify and resolve last-mile issues that could delay closing or impact value during buyer due diligence.
Operational Polishing

Execute short-term improvement projects that boost curb appeal, operational performance, and lease quality prior to disposition.

Drive quick wins that enhance overall property presentation and NOI performance.
Buyer Support & Transition

Serve as the point of contact for buyer due diligence questions, walkthroughs, and inspections.

Support seamless transitions by maintaining clear communication and documentation.
Stabilization for Exit

Collaborate with Property Management and Regional Managers to correct underperformance and stabilize operations prior to listing.

Successful Candidate Profile
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in leasing, assistant property management, or related multifamily operations.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail — you catch what others miss.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for operational excellence.

- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license for property visits during business hours and as needed after-hours
