Currently, we provide virtual and in-person mental health services - including comprehensive evaluations, medication- management and therapy - across Pennsylvania and Virginia with plans to expand to new markets in 2025.
About the Role:
The Director, Medical Services will be responsible for overseeing the medical aspects of our behavioral health services. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director, Medical Services will play a critical role in ensuring that our clinical services are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to our team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals
- Manage a cohort of the medical services team both administratively and clinically to ensure excellent patient care
- Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans
- Ensure that our medical services are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with our team of other health care professionals and support staff to ensure that our patients receive integrated, personalized, abd comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside medical providers and agencies to facilitate coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help to identify areas for improvement in our clinical services
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new medical staff
Requirements:
- Psychiatric Mental Health NP with an active license in at least one of the states where we operate: Virginia and Pennsylvania
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or leadership role in a behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in the field of psychiatry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytic, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services

Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000 USD
