As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager London (all genders) at Blacklane, you’ll play a pivotal role in building high-performing, values-driven teams that fuel our global growth and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our hiring efforts across the UK and US markets, acting as a trusted partner for hiring managers and leadership. By combining your deep knowledge of these talent landscapes with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy skills, you will ensure we attract and hire the right talent to scale our business.
You’ll contribute to enhancing the candidate experience, optimizing recruitment processes, and further positioning Blacklane as an employer of choice in these key regions — helping us shape the future of mobility and deliver on our mission to provide sustainable, world-class chauffeur services.
Your Impact and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments to ensure we attract and hire top talent that aligns with our culture and business goals
- Act as a trusted partner for the UK and US markets — bringing a strong understanding of local talent dynamics, advising hiring managers on best practices, and ensuring we position ourselves competitively to secure top candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to build strategic hiring plans that support team growth and long-term company success
- Enhance candidate experience and employer brand touchpoints to position Blacklane as an employer of choice in competitive markets
- Leverage data and insights to optimize recruitment strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and continuously improve hiring quality

About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a seasoned talent acquisition professional who knows how to balance strategy with execution—and you're passionate about building high-performing, values-driven teams and:
- You bring proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, international environments.
- You have a strong understanding of the UK and US talent markets — including regional hiring practices, candidate expectations, and competitive landscapes — and you know how to translate this into effective hiring strategies.
- You’re a strong communicator and trusted advisor who builds meaningful relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership alike.
- You think strategically about talent pipelines, but aren’t afraid to get hands-on to make great hires happen.
- You’re data-driven, using insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes.
- You care deeply about candidate experience and employer branding, and approach recruitment as a key driver of business success.
