Blacklane’s long-distance chauffeur service is called City-to-City and experienced extraordinary growth over the last 3 years. As the Program Manager for City-to-City, you will own the demand and supply side of this service, shaping the future of premium travel.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

At Blacklane, we value the meaningful change each team member brings. As the Program Manager for City-to-City you will:

  • Own the Business: Execute strategy and own the business plan to achieve top and bottom line targets.
  • Drive Demand: Create initiatives to attract new guests, deepen engagement with existing guests, and elevate the long-distance service experience.
  • Expand Supply: Develop and implement initiatives to make City-to-City the preferred choice for chauffeurs.
  • Deliver Initiatives: Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Analyze and Act: Monitor demand and supply metrics to assess and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Steer Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day business to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
  • Enable Scale: Document insights, playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks to boost organizational effectiveness and fuel future growth.

  • Communicate fluently in English engaging stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
