We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Dallas, who is experienced, motivated and ready to make an impact. You’ll play an instrumental role in scaling both technical and corporate functions (Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, Finance and more) across the US and globally. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source, recruit and interview top talent across the US and our global offices (Dallas, London, Paris, Singapore, Vilnius and more).
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Drive the recruitment process end-to-end: screening, interviewing, evaluating skill level, gathering/giving feedback, managing offers and supporting onboarding.
- Become a trusted partner for hiring managers, providing guidance, insights and market expertise.
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent in competitive markets.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment content to effectively communicate each opportunity.
- Represent Blockchain.com externally by building relationships with professional associations, universities, meetups and key talent communities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Above all, integrity is core to everything we do.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong experience hiring across the US.
- Proven success hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Security, Data) and corporate roles (Finance, Compliance, Operations, etc.).
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—agency, in-house, or a mix of both.
- Highly self-motivated, tenacious and impact-driven, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering results and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and drive process improvement.
- A natural people person—charismatic, confident, adaptable and excited to help build and evangelize something meaningful.
