We are looking for a Senior Product manager to join the Bloomreach Clarity product team and help build the next generation of conversational shopping. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a core part of the Product Team, and report to the head of product for Clarity. The salary starts from €4,000 gross per month for Slovakia.
Clarity is an exciting rapidly growing product in an emerging market opportunity, built on the latest in LLM technology. Key responsibilities:
- You will drive new Clarity capabilities and business cases from inception to launch.
- You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to build and rapidly iterate on features and functionality.
- You will engage with customers to understand their needs and continually leverage that in making well-informed product decisions.
- You will work with customer success teams to ensure successful feature rollout, streamline operational processes, and to gather qualitative and quantitive feedback.
- You will be well informed about relevant market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and the continually evolving AI space.
- You will define our ways of working, setting the standard for how features will be delivered to customers, driving adoption and customer satisfaction.
- You will monitor and report on key metrics, using data along with deep insight to inform decisions.
- You will regularly report on our business outcomes and proactively share your insights with relevant stakeholders

Professional Experience

- 3-6+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
- Demonstrated expertise in product-led growth principles and a successful track record of launching impactful features.
- Experience with or insight into the development of the AI-native products, and demonstrated curiosity to learn about the impact of AI technology.
- Track record of working collaboratively with highly technical teams
- Experience collaborating with global teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
