About the Role:
Join Bloomreach as our Finance Director, GTM, and become a key member of the FP&A leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance organization—including Sales Finance, Marketing Finance & Sales Compensation and Commissions—and serve as a strategic thought partner to senior GTM leadership, including the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Regional Sales GMs. You will be reporting directly to our VP of FP&A.
As the Finance Director, GTM, you will play a pivotal role at Bloomreach, serving as the strategic bridge between the FP&A organization and our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, helping to drive performance, operational rigor, and sustainable growth. In this role, you will lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and impact. Success in this role requires a strong background in GTM Finance, Sales Compensation Planning, and Commissions, along with deep financial acumen, fluency in GTM metrics, and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
Bloomreach prides itself on a virtual-first work environment that provides flexibility to our employees. However, we do have a globally distributed team across the US, EMEA, and India, so depending on your region/timezone you are located, you may be required to work earlier than 9am (MT/PT) a minimum of 3 days a week in order to successfully partner with your global teammates.
What you'll do:
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 FP&A professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture with strong mentorship and career development
- Continuously enhance team capabilities through process improvements, automation, and upskilling
- Own Sales Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze key GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, bookings, ARR productivity, CAC, and quota attainment.
- Lead development of dashboards and KPIs to measure sales effectiveness
- Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate data and performance attribution
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and executive leadership to provide financial insights and influence strategic decisions.
- Influence and support strategic decision-making around sales investments, productivity, headcount planning, and compensation design

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights through robust financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Own end-to-end Sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis, key insights, and recommended actions
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Drive the annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for all GTM functions.
- Pipeline Management: Support the creation of and manage the distribution of the annual sales pipeline model. Oversee the distribution of targets and ensure the necessary levels of staffing and coverage is provided.
- Sales Compensation Planning: Partner with GTM leaders and RevOps to design and implement incentive plans aligned with company goals and sales strategy.
- Commission Management: Oversee commission plan administration, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- A strategic mindset with the ability to distill complex issues into clear narratives/storytelling
- A bias for action and ownership, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving and dynamic environment
- A passion for building scalable processes
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years supporting Sales or GTM functions
- 3+ years of team leadership experience in a high-growth, SaaS or subscription-based environment, with a track record of developing talent
- Deep understanding of sales compensation design and commission operations, pipeline analysis, and GTM structures
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Executive presence and excellent communication - able to influence across all levels
- Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, Excel)

The base salary range for this position is $210,000-$240,000, plus bonus and RSU's. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
