The Challenge:

We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketer with strong knowledge of the Benelux and Nordics markets to help drive pipeline growth in these key regions. You’ll own the regional marketing strategy end-to-end, across target accounts, campaigns, events, and partnerships and allocate budget across partner and prospect activities.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with Events, Digital, Brand, and Partnerships teams to build and execute high-impact campaigns for priority industries. Success requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a self-starter mindset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute the full regional marketing strategy for all Bloomreach products across Benelux and the Nordics
  • Drive pipeline by creating and running regional campaigns: workshops, dinners, webinars, direct mail, email programs, hospitality events, and more
  • Report on KPIs, analyse the end-to-end pipeline, and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, and BDR teams to deliver priority campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS and/or experience working in the e-commerce industry
  • A T-shaped marketer who wants to grow through hands-on execution across channels and regions
  • You have experience in running multi-channel ABM Campaigns (Account Based Marketing)
  • You worked with an ecosystem of partners (agencies, technology partners) to deliver joint campaigns (co-marketing, events, localised campaigns)
  • Strong understanding of Benelux & Nordics culture, languages, and marketing landscapes
  • You work closely with the sales and business development organisation for joint regional success
  • Strong communication skills in English. Swedish, Danish, or Dutch language skills are a plus
  • Experience in (or curiosity about) e-commerce, personalisation, and AI
  • Strong project management skills, stakeholder management, and organisation skills 
  • Strong experience in HubSpot & Salesforce, including reporting & building dashboards

  • You’ll be joining the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Demand Generation team which is a part of Bloomreach’s Marketing department. 
  • We’re responsible for growing Bloomreach’s pipeline of potential sales opportunities by using all marketing channels at our disposal to raise brand awareness of Bloomreach and engage prospective customers with our marketing messaging. 
  • The team includes a diverse range of Digital, Events, and Field Marketing professionals. 
  • You’ll report to our Associate Director of Demand Generation who will help you learn all you need about the role and Marketing at Bloomreach

Compensation:

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
