MarTech Consultant
We are expanding our Professional Services team and are looking for a MarTech Consultant to support the delivery and adoption of Bloomreach Engagement for our customers. This is a hybrid role: you'll be based in Slovakia and expected to work 2-3 days per week from our Bratislava office, forming our new Service Delivery Centre and supporting our other Professional Services functions across our European customer base. Your salary will start from 1800 EUR gross per month (applicable for Slovakia only), along with benefits.
This is an early-career, entry-level consulting role, ideal as a first or second job in MarTech or SaaS consulting, or for someone making an early career change into this field. You’ll be one of the first hires in this new team and will help shape how we deliver services from Bratislava.
You’ll sit between business consulting and technical consulting – close enough to the tech to understand data and configuration, and close enough to the business to understand client goals and campaigns. You’ll work as part of a cross-functional delivery team with Service Delivery Managers, Business Consultants, Technical Consultants, and Customer Success Managers.
What you will do
- Support the implementation of Bloomreach Engagement for new and existing customers, working alongside senior Business and Technical Consultants in a structured project framework.
- Assist with business requirements gathering, basic data preparation/validation, and platform configuration (segments, events, attributes, simple journeys) under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Help execute automated campaigns, flows, and onboarding use cases, ensuring they are correctly configured, tested, and launched.
- Help analyse campaign and journey performance and contribute ideas to improve targeting, personalization, engagement, and KPIs/ROI.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to support customer outcomes
- Maintain clear project documentation, keeping tasks, assumptions, and decisions visible to the wider delivery team (SDM, CSM, consultants).
- Continuously build your knowledge of the Bloomreach Engagement platform and MarTech best practices through training, shadowing, and hands-on work.
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in a MarTech, digital marketing, analytics, SaaS, or consulting-adjacent role (internships and student experience count).
- A university degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, economics, information systems, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Interest or exposure to areas such as marketing automation, email/SMS, analytics, personalization, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with guidance and feedback in a client-facing environment.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the support of more senior consultants and managers.
- Professional fluency in English.
- We also welcome early career changers who can demonstrate transferable analytical, technical, or client-facing skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Bloomreach Engagement or similar platforms (e.g. Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or digital marketing metrics (e.g. conversion rate, CLV, churn, engagement rates).
- Some exposure to frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) – from a course, personal project, or previous role – is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfort working with data and analytics (e.g. reports, spreadsheets, simple analysis) and an interest in deepening your analytics skills over time.
How you’ll grow in this role
In this role, you’ll build:
- Deep knowledge of the Bloomreach Engagement platform across data, campaigns, and personalization use cases.
- Core consulting skills – requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder communication, and value storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with leading e-commerce and digital brands across markets.
Over time, you can grow towards a more Business Consultant–focused or Technical Consultant–focused path, depending on whether you prefer strategy and use cases or data and implementation.
