Bloomreach is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for a unified MCP (Model / Multi-Agent Control Plane) server that will serve as the foundation for agent-to-agent (A2A) interactions across all Bloomreach applications and ecosystem partners.

This role owns the end-to-end product direction for how Bloomreach applications expose capabilities to agents, how agents coordinate securely and reliably, and how external partners build against a shared, enterprise-grade agentic platform. You will operate at the intersection of AI platform architecture, product ecosystem strategy, and large-scale software delivery, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, partnerships, and go-to-market leadership.

This is a senior individual contributor role, intentionally designed for a highly hands-on product leader who thrives in building deeply technical platforms. Success in this role requires operating directly in the technical details - shaping platform abstractions, APIs, and developer experience - while simultaneously driving strategic decisions grounded in customer value, commercial impact, and long-term platform differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for Bloomreach’s MCP server as a core platform capability.
  • Translate Bloomreach’s agentic platform vision into concrete, phased product outcomes.
  • Establish clear product principles for agent orchestration, interoperability, extensibility, and trust.

MCP & Agentic Platform Leadership

  • Drive the design, orchestration and functional specification of multiple MCPs that enable:
    • Shopping through Agent-to-agent (A2A), Universal commerce protocol (UCP) and Agentic commerce protocol (ACP) collaboration across Bloomreach apps
    • Agentic workflows to execute tasks securely with secure and authenticated discovery and tool invocation
    • Providing agents with data access on top of data warehouses for gaining insights on ecommerce and marketing performance
  • Coordinate and synthesise agentic solutions with engineering to shape APIs, contracts, and abstractions that scale across teams and products.
  • Balance short-term delivery through customer beta programs with long-term architectural integrity.

Ecosystem & Partner Enablement

  • Define how ecosystem partners (ISVs, agencies, data providers, AI vendors) integrate into the Bloomreach MCPs.
  • Own the partner-facing product experience: APIs, SDKs, documentation, and onboarding flows.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Developer Relations to drive adoption and feedback loops.

Cross-Product Alignment

  • Align product leaders across Bloomreach applications to ensure consistent agent integration patterns.
  • Drive prioritization and sequencing across teams to avoid fragmentation.
  • Act as a unifying force across marketing, commerce, and data products.

Execution & Delivery

  • Own the MCP product roadmap, success metrics, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead discovery efforts with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate assumptions.
  • Make pragmatic tradeoffs between experimentation and enterprise readiness.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent Bloomreach internally as the go-to product leader for agentic systems and AI-native platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in agent architectures, AI platforms, and ecosystem design.
  • Help shape the external narrative on emerging AI / Agentic marketplace dynamics and personalization.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on platform or infrastructure products
  • Strong Business experience in terms of thinking through how to monetize and drive value through a platform
  • Experience working with partners
  • Proven experience leading cross-cutting platform initiatives across multiple product teams
  • Strong technical fluency:
    • API design, distributed systems, microservices & cloud-native architectures
    • AI/ML platforms or AI-enabled products
    • LLM architecture and conversational commerce patterns
  • Experience working with ecosystems and partners, including external developer platforms
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks, MCPs, orchestration systems, or control planes
  • Background in B2B SaaS platforms for marketing, commerce, or data
  • Experience defining governance, security, and observability for platform services
  • Prior ownership of a developer-facing platform or marketplace
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping net-new product categories

What Success Looks Like

  • Bloomreach applications integrate consistently through a shared MCP layer
  • Partners can easily build agents that collaborate with Bloomreach agents
  • Clear internal alignment on agent capabilities, boundaries, and evolution
  • MCP becomes a strategic moat for Bloomreach’s personalization platform

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
