Job Description:
We are seeking a Management Analyst to support program management, data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and recurring reporting activities. In this role, you will maintain program information, analyze data, document processes, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and prepare management reporting products under the guidance of senior staff.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain program trackers, action item logs, status reports, milestones, and deliverables
• Collect, consolidate, and reconcile information from multiple stakeholders and data sources
• Track meeting actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and due dates
• Analyze data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop management reports, dashboards, briefing materials, crosswalks, and summary tables
• Document workflows, reporting processes, job aids, and standard operating procedures
• Recommend improvements to data quality, tracking, reporting, and manual processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate findings or unresolved issues to senior staff
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Power Apps and/or user interface development
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Program Management, or a related field preferred
• 4–6 years of management analysis, program support, data management, business operations, or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, PivotTables, filtering, and data validation
• Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, status reports, and recurring management reporting packages
• Experience analyzing and reconciling data from multiple sources
• Strong business writing, process documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting federal government programs, acquisition management, governance, audits, or oversight activities
• Experience supporting executive reporting, data governance, corrective action tracking, or process improvement initiatives
• Experience developing crosswalks, matrices, business rules, data standards, or workflow improvements
• Familiarity with Veterans Affairs, the GAO High-Risk List, OIG audits, the Acquisition Lifecycle Framework, or similar oversight processes
Eligibility:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role
Compensation:
Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000
