About The Role
Bosa Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the launch of a new customer experience program. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate marketing, customer engagement, and brand development. You'll help shape how homeowners connect with their new Bosa community, ensuring a smooth transition.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Communication Support
- Work with our Marketing and Customer Care teams to craft compelling homeowner communications, including email templates and content uploads for the Homeowner Hub.
- Help coordinate document translations to ensure accessibility for diverse homeowner groups.
- Support brand consistency by ensuring marketing materials, signage, and homeowner guides are properly designed and printed.
- Assist with the assembly and delivery of homeowner gifts and essentials kits, adding a personalized touch to the experience.
- Contribute to the setup of scheduling platforms to streamline move-ins and homeowner appointments.
Homeowner Experience & On-Site Support
- Welcome homeowners during key pick-up, provide directions, and assist with check-in.
- Lead tours of amenities and key property features, including parking, storage, pet areas, and waste disposal rooms.
- Assist homeowners with essential move-in details such as scheduling, suite deficiencies, strata fees, and visitor parking.
- Ensure the key pick-up experience is seamless, including organization, sanitization, and stocking of refreshments.
- Set up and take down directional signage daily to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Support final quality checks of homes before homeowner occupancy. Reconcile appointments and organize key packages for the next day.
Operations & Logistics
- Manage deliveries and logistics for materials arriving at the gallery and key pick-up location.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges to ensure a smooth homeowner journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of post-secondary education, majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- about marketing, customer experience, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Excited to gain hands-on experience in a leading real estate development company.
Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
Salary
$52,361 - $52,361 CAD
