In This Role

You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. You will contribute to program planning, reporting, and execution while gaining exposure to broader operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in planning and executing projects by developing timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating activities across teams.
  • Create detailed project plans to achieve defined goals and support the integration of technical and business activities.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support resource planning, task assignment, and monitoring of deliverables to maintain project efficiency.
  • Assist in evaluating technology, resource needs, and market demand to support project feasibility and planning efforts.
  • Contribute to improving processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality standards are met across deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and business operations
  • Proficiency in standard business tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio

Preferred Qualifications 

  • PMP or PMI certification (or in progress)
  • Experience working in cross-functional or technical environments
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and operational workflows
  • Exposure to project management methodologies or tools
  • Ability to analyze data and contribute to strategic planning discussions

Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
