The ideal candidate can operate with urgency, take ambiguous or imperfect inputs, turn them into polished outputs, and help teams stay aligned, informed, and moving forward.
Responsibilities

- Drive rhythm of business activities, including leadership meetings, agendas, follow-ups, action tracking, and operational cadence.
- Coordinate across product marketing, engineering, finance, field, and other stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Independently advance work by synthesizing rough inputs, creating first drafts, unblocking teams, and driving next steps.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and proactively bring recommendations or solutions.
- Lead and support internal communications, including executive updates, leadership communications, field alerts, emails, newsletters, and stakeholder messaging.
- Support external-facing communications such as social posts, blogs, executive messaging, and approved narrative development.
- Build and maintain an editorial cadence aligned to business priorities, launches, and leadership moments.
- Support marketing budget tracking on an interim basis, including spend visibility and coordination with finance partners.
- Assist with quarterly planning cycles, priority tracking, governance, compliance, and process adherence.
- Translate high-level direction into clear actions, deliverables, and communications that land with quality and speed.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in business management, marketing operations, communications, consulting, or a related function.
- Strong background in business management, operations, executive communications, and cross-functional program management.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready materials.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive ambiguous work to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Comfortable operating with urgency, sound judgment, and limited direction.
- Experience creating polished communications from incomplete or evolving inputs.
- Ability to contribute meaningfully in leadership forums and maintain strong follow-through across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise technology, cloud, data platforms, or technical marketing environments.
- Background in executive communications, storytelling, or leadership messaging.
- Familiarity with marketing rhythms such as rhythm of business, field alignment, launch planning, and quarterly business planning.
- Experience supporting senior leadership at the GM, VP, or executive level.
- Experience building internal narratives, editorial calendars, stakeholder updates, and external-facing messaging.
- Experience coordinating with finance or supporting budget tracking and spend visibility.
- Ability to thrive in hybrid work environments and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
