You will help bring a globally recognized entertainment brand to life through theme park attractions, location-based experiences, events, exhibitions, and other experiential programs. You will work with operators, venues, production companies, creative agencies, and cross-functional marketing partners to develop campaigns from strategy through execution, while managing timelines, budgets, assets, approvals, and performance reporting. The role is remote with flexibility to accommodate time-zone differences and will be measured by the successful execution of go-to-market campaigns

 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and activate brand marketing programs for a portfolio of theme park lands and attractions, location-based experiences, traveling exhibitions, fan events, and experiential brand activations.

• Partner with experience operators, production companies, venue partners, and creative agencies to develop opening campaigns, ongoing marketing programs, and seasonal campaigns that drive awareness, attendance, and brand engagement.

• Own end-to-end brand marketing for experiences, from strategy and positioning through go-to-market planning and in-market execution.

• Translate franchise and business priorities into clear marketing briefs, messaging frameworks, creative direction, and integrated campaigns that resonate with audiences and guests.

• Build scalable frameworks, toolkits, and operating models that enable experiences marketing programs to scale across partners, venues, regions, and major franchise moments while maintaining brand consistency.

• Identify opportunities to extend the brand into culture and community through fan events, conventions, pop-ups, live moments, and other experiential programs that generate earned media and reinforce broader franchise engagement.

• Develop integrated communications plans across owned, earned, paid, partner, retail, and on-site channels, collaborating with editorial, social, web, PR, influencer, community, media, and regional marketing partners.

• Manage program operations including scopes, timelines, budgets, contracts, approvals, creative assets, on-site execution, invoicing, and reporting.

• Monitor program performance, including attendance, audience growth, brand impact, and earned reach, and use insights to support continuous improvement and test-and-learn initiatives.

 Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in theme parks, location-based entertainment, experiential or event marketing, live entertainment, or destination marketing.

• Direct experience working at or alongside established experience operators, IP holders, theme park organizations, location-based entertainment companies, traveling exhibitions, large-scale live events, or experiential agencies.

• Proven experience managing partnerships with operators, venues, production companies, and agencies while balancing brand integrity with commercial objectives.

• Strong understanding of place-based and experiential marketing, including opening campaigns, ongoing attendance marketing, seasonal programs, and on-site guest experience marketing.

• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs across owned, earned, paid, partner, retail, and on-site channels.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing scope, timelines, budgets, venues, and external partners.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed organizations and external partner environments.

• Strong business communication, writing, and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience marketing theme park lands, attractions, location-based entertainment, or large-scale live events for IP-led experience operators.

• Experience marketing global entertainment properties, gaming franchises, or other large consumer brands across both physical and digital touchpoints.

• Familiarity with player- and fan-driven communities and experience creating programs that build cultural relevance, audience engagement, and repeat visitation.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
