In This Role

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of a portfolio of consumer subscription offerings for a global digital entertainment platform. This individual will drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through strategic marketing, go-to-market leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serving as the primary marketing partner to product stakeholders, this person will help influence product strategy, launch new offerings and features, and develop promotions and growth initiatives. The role requires a proactive marketer who can identify business opportunities, translate customer and market insights into recommendations, and lead execution across multiple channels. Approximately 50–60% of the role will involve meetings and stakeholder collaboration, with the remaining time dedicated to strategy, planning, analysis, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute growth strategies for existing and future subscription offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve subscriber acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to product stakeholders and help influence product roadmaps, customer experiences, value propositions, and future investments.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new subscription products, features, benefits, promotions, and business initiatives.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and integrated marketing plans that increase awareness, trial, and adoption.
  • Partner with analytics and lifecycle marketing stakeholders to measure performance and optimize conversion and retention.
  • Represent the subscription portfolio across major product launches, seasonal campaigns, creator initiatives, retail moments, and broader brand activations.
  • Develop cross-channel acquisition and engagement strategies in partnership with paid media, affiliate marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and growth marketing stakeholders.
  • Establish promotional plans and activation frameworks that support subscriber and recurring-revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders, and maintain alignment throughout execution.
  • Proactively identify business challenges and recommend solutions rather than relying on predetermined tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in subscription marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products, digital services, subscriptions, or other recurring-revenue offerings.
  • Demonstrated experience driving acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or customer lifetime value.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving product, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate customer, market, and performance insights into actionable marketing and product recommendations.
  • Proven ownership of marketing strategy from initial planning through execution and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong project-management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Track record of producing measurable business impact, supported by metrics or clear directional growth results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing subscription products, membership programs, digital commerce offerings, or recurring-revenue services.
  • Experience with paid media, affiliate marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or other growth channels.
  • Background in gaming, digital entertainment, consumer technology, creator platforms, or online marketplaces.
  • Experience marketing products to large, highly engaged consumer communities.
  • Knowledge of gaming ecosystems and an interest in player engagement and online communities.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
