About the Role
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Program Manager to lead global marketing for Imagine Cup, Microsoft’s startup recruitment and engagement program. In this role, you’ll develop integrated campaigns that increase awareness, attract qualified applicants, and improve engagement and conversion across the program lifecycle.
You’ll connect campaign strategy, content, social media, email, events, ecosystem partnerships, regional activation, CRM operations, and performance measurement. You’ll collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, investors, startup communities, ecosystem partners, agencies, and vendors to coordinate execution and turn campaign performance into clear recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute an integrated global marketing plan across web, email, social media, content, events, and partner channels.
- Create founder-focused messaging, campaign assets, videos, toolkits, and participant stories.
- Coordinate campaign activation across global and regional stakeholders, investors, startup communities, and ecosystem partners.
- Manage complex, cross-regional workstreams, including budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee lead capture, CRM routing, attribution, dashboards, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
- Measure campaign outcomes, including awareness, qualified applications, engagement, and conversion.
- Review campaign progress, anticipate risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare campaign plans, creative briefs, stakeholder communications, performance reviews, and decision-ready status updates.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of integrated marketing experience planning and executing campaigns across digital, social media, content, email, events, and partner channels.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, global initiatives involving multiple workstreams, regions, timelines, budgets, risks, agencies, and vendors.
- 3+ years of experience with marketing operations and measurement, including KPIs, CRM lead flows, attribution, dashboards, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing events.
- Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across global stakeholders.
- Ability to support the team’s required core working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to startups, developers, investors, or technology ecosystems.
- Previous experience working within or supporting a large global technology organization.
- Experience creating founder-focused content, campaign toolkits, videos, or participant stories.
- Experience supporting global campaigns with regional activation requirements.
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $85,000 to $90,000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
