In This Role
In this part-time, fully onsite role, you will provide administrative, front-desk, and visitor support for a growing organization. You will help maintain smooth daily office operations by responding to emails, preparing conference rooms and executive spaces, greeting and escorting visitors, and assisting with scheduling, meetings, expenses, procurement, and other administrative needs. Success will depend on reliability, professionalism, customer service, and consistently meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide professional, welcoming front-desk support
- Escort customers and business partners between the lobby and designated office locations
- Monitor and respond to emails and routine administrative requests
- Prepare conference rooms and executive spaces for meetings and visitor engagements
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Arrange business travel and process related expense reports
- Support departmental financial, personnel, and facility operations
- Procure office supplies, computer equipment, reference materials, and other goods and services
- Coordinate with vendors and support ongoing vendor relationships
- Serve as a primary administrative contact for the department or group
- Maintain an organized, professional, and visitor-ready office environment
- Balance competing priorities while completing assignments by established deadlines
- Assist with special projects and general office support as needed
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of administrative support, office operations, front-desk, or customer-service experience
- Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and general administrative activities
- Experience greeting visitors and managing in-person customer interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Professional demeanor when interacting with employees, executives, visitors, and external business partners
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently
- Ability to work onsite five days per week for at least five hours per day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives or multiple levels of management
- Experience preparing conference rooms or executive meeting spaces
- Experience coordinating travel and processing business expenses
- Familiarity with procurement, office supply management, and vendor coordination
- Experience supporting meetings, events, facilities, or department operations
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization
- Customer-service mindset with a welcoming and proactive approach
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information with discretion
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $25 to $28 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
