Our team is growing! We are looking to bring on an Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our main HQ office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment. Successful candidates will be proactive and professional with the ability to manage administrative functions, coordinate between departments, and support leadership in achieving organizational goals. You will serve as the point person for al office procedures, facilities management, and employee support.
This role is full-time in office Monday- Friday, in River Edge, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships: including contracts and service agreements.
- Serve as liaison between leadership, employees, and external vendors/partners.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and communications.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to office operations.
- Oversee facilities maintenance, space planning, and health & safety compliance.
- Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Troubleshoot office issues providing timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field(preferred).
- Proven experience in office management, administrative leadership, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and problem- solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or other management software.

The anticipated base pay listed is a range, actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and competitive benefits package, which could include discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.
Compensation Range:
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
