Job Type: Full Time Onsite Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)
Job Description: Bradford Construction is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Clerk for our New York office. This individual should be skilled in the use of technology, have strong communication and organization skills, and be willing to learn about the Construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and set-up for meetings and interviews.
- Foster a positive office and team environment by ensuring workplace is organized, and supplies are stocked.
- Work closely with Construction Project Managers and staff with matters related to project documentation.
- Scanning, electronic filing, and distribution of documents.
- Processing and maintaining project files.
- Additional administrative tasks will be assigned as needed, including processing mail, greeting visitors, and screening incoming phone calls.
Minimum Requirements
- At least two (2) years of fulltime clerical experience.
- Experience within the Construction industry is preferred; willingness to learn is a must.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be able to produce accurate and timely results.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma/GED required. #LI-Onsite
Salary
$42,000 - $47,000 USD
