Location: 42 W 39th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10018  

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)

Job Description: BRAVO is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our corporate team. This role will support the development, engagement, and performance of employees across the organization, while ensuring consistent application of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for both leadership and staff, balancing talent development initiatives with day-to-day people operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning programs.
  • Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, promotion planning, and ongoing employee development initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to support talent development initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and organizational planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict mediation, policy interpretation, and guidance on workplace conduct and expectations.
  • Support managers in fostering a productive, professional, and compliant office environment through coaching, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Handle day-to-day employee benefits administration, enrollment processes, claims support, and benefits reporting.
  • Provide support to recruitment efforts, including interview coordination, onboarding, and collaboration with hiring managers as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong experience with performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Experience in an HR function in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment (both passive and active candidates) is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. #LI-Onsite

Salary

$110,000 - $125,000 USD
