Airport Operations & Administration Supervisor

The Station Supervisor oversees all Guest Services ground activities and day-to-day operations in their assigned location while providing leadership and motivation to all team members, including business partner teams. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of safety, security, and Guest Service in accordance with Breeze policies and procedures. In addition to leading the operational effort, this role manages key administrative functions to ensure smooth business operations and regulatory compliance.

Here's what you'll do

  • Promote and uphold a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all safety programs for Team Members, Guests, aircraft, ground support equipment, and facilities.
  • Support adherence to DOT, FAA, TSA, OSHA, and Breeze policies by monitoring and coaching business partners and Team Members.
  • Lead by example in daily operations, participating in all aspects of station activity including check-in, boarding, baggage, aircraft cleaning, and irregular operations.
  • Monitor shift operations and ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Oversee administrative functions at the station including badging, parking, invoice reconciliation, and supply ordering to support operational continuity and control expenses.
  • Respond to Team Member and business partner inquiries in a timely manner, escalating concerns or trends appropriately.
  • Conduct station walkthroughs, audits, and inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, regulatory compliance, and presentation standards.
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of Team Members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance performance, efficiency, and the Guest experience.
  • Make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely performance and positive guest interactions.
  • Support irregular operations (IROPs), flight delays, and emergency events with a calm, coordinated, and guest-focused approach.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, logs, shift handovers, and performance metrics to ensure accurate communication across teams and leadership.
  • Compose correspondence and support station-level documentation such as presentations, ad hoc reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., Inflight, Flight Ops, Tech Ops) and external business partners to support operational success.
  • Ensure all teams at the station consistently reflect Breeze Guest Service standards through conduct, appearance, and execution.
  • Model and reinforce Breeze’s values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence in all interactions.

Here's what you'll need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service or a related area
  • 2+ years experience in airport operations and customer service
  • 2+ years experience guiding large, diverse business partner teams
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress with professionalism.
  • Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in Airport Operations, Ground Operations, and regulatory agencies
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities, with ability to guide and motivate
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be available for emergency response on short notice
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license from the state of your primary residence
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Ground Security Coordinator certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the different airline disciplines and administration, including the interdependencies on Airport Operations
  • Knowledge of external agencies and their function as it relates to Airport Operations (e.g. FAA, DOT, TSA, etc.)
