We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and people-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team this fall. This role is ideal for someone passionate about grassroots marketing, community engagement, and spreading kindness. You’ll play a key role in leading the planning and execution of our annual Kindness Week campaign as well as supporting ad hoc projects across advertising and brand.
Here's what you'll do
- Support the planning and execution of Breeze’s Kindness Week, including grassroots activations, on campus campaigns, and community partnerships.
- Coordinate logistics for giveaways, service projects, and influencer collaborations for Kindness Week.
- Collaborate with airport partners to amplify Kindness Week through on-site activations and meaningful engagement with their local communities.
- Track and report Kindness Week campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Support local marketing activations at universities, airports, and community events as needed.
- Contribute to team brainstorms and pitch new campaign ideas.
- Explore AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to enhance marketing processes, content ideation and campaign efficiency.
- Assist in the creation of marketing assets including videos, ads, emails and other collateral as needed.
Here's what you'll need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Communications, PR, or related program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for community engagement, kindness-driven initiatives, and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram) and content creation is a plus.
