About the Role
Brevium is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager who can own and elevate client success through deep product knowledge, expert training, and collaborative problem-solving. You’ll step in to offload a portion of accounts from our AM leader, becoming the strategic partner clients trust and the teammate internal teams rely on.
This is a hands-on role with high visibility. You’ll help our clients get the most from Brevium’s software—especially in dermatology and ophthalmology—while strengthening ties across our internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of customers assigned to you from other account managers
- Train clinical and administrative teams on our platform with confidence and clarity
- Partner with Sales to support demos and specialty-specific strategy
- Manage renewals, secure annual agreements, drive account performance, and ensure Customer’s love the product and experience.
- Serve as a front-line resource for Tier-1 support requests—handling simple fixes, answering questions, and resolving workflow issues directly when faster than routing to Support
- Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Development to troubleshoot and enhance the customer experience
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain active follow-up workflows
- Capture and relay product feedback that helps shape future releases
- Represent Brevium at industry events, client sites, and quarterly business reviews
What You Bring
- Prior success in software account management—especially with enterprise or healthcare clients
- Technical fluency: you enjoy learning software, explaining it clearly, and using it strategically
- Experience working across functions (Product, Sales, Support, etc.) to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Confidence in renewals and sales
- Attention to detail, task follow-through, and excellent Salesforce hygiene
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to step in and help teammates
- Comfort leading presentations both virtually and in person
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in dermatology or ophthalmology markets
- Background in sales or pre-sales support
- Track record of influencing product direction through client insights
