The Role:

As our Graduate Events Marketing Executive, you will support in taking ownership of marketing campaigns for our flagship and bespoke events, such as Women In TEC, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, FESTIVAL and our award-winning Internship Experience UK. With the support of the wider team, you will contribute to the team’s success by driving engagement, enhancing audience experience, and ensuring marketing objectives are consistently achieved. Your creativity and ideas will directly support our impactful events that empower and inspire the next generation of talent!

Responsibilities:

  • Support in executing the full marketing lifecycle for key events, ensuring client goals are consistently met and member engagement soars
  • Create compelling marketing content, including email campaigns and social media posts, ensuring high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with our Events Delivery Team to create impactful campaigns to maximise attendance and engagement across diverse audiences
  • Identify opportunities to refine and improve portfolio performance across key metrics, such as email open rates, attendance and overall satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our student leadership board to enhance member engagement and attendance through pre and post event activities

  • Location: London, Liverpool Street with hybrid-working 
  • Salary: £30,000
  • Start Date: April 2025

  • Intro call with our People team
  • First stage interview with our Senior Events Marketing Manager
  • Task and values & culture interview with three members of our team
  • Final round interview with our Platform CEO
