Full Stack Team Lead

We’re Bringg, a global leader in delivery management, serving 800+ customers worldwide. Our smart, automated omnichannel platform processes 200M+ orders every year, helping leading enterprise retailers and brands grow delivery capacity, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Leader to lead a cross-functional R&D team of React developers, Node.js engineers, and Automation engineers. This is a key role in shaping Bringg’s high-scale, real-time platform and solving complex technical and business challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4–6 engineers (React, Node.js, Automation).
• Set clear priorities, track progress, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high engineering standards.
• Partner with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders across Israel, Ukraine, the UK, and the US.
• Take a leading role in innovative projects, helping Bringg scale to new levels of performance and efficiency.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader, managing full-stack or cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years of experience in Node.js and TypeScript development.
• 2+ years of experience with React.
• Proven experience designing and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis) and asynchronous execution patterns.
• Experience in agile environments with continuous integration and delivery.
