POSITION SUMMARY:

The Partner Developer Specialist supports the channel development team in managing partner relationships, driving sales enablement, and contributing to the growth of the company’s partner ecosystem. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in channel management and business development in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Supported channel partners by maintaining relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing routine assistance.
  • Assisted in identifying potential partners and enhancing partner programs to drive business growth.
  • Delivered basic training on company products and provided updated materials to support partner sales efforts.
  • Maintained the partner sales pipeline in the CRM and collaborated to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provided day-to-day support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams for resolutions.
  • Assisted with co-branded campaigns, partner promotions, and event planning, including trade shows and fairs.
  • Ensured partner adherence to compliance standards and supported contract renewals in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Represented the company at events to identify opportunities and secure deals.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the SaaS software or Contact Center industry.
  • Basic understanding of CCaaS and UCaaS technologies.
  • Strong customer-focus and sales orientation.
  • Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Sales Navigator and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable presenting to individuals or groups.
  • Must have: English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
