Paid Social Manager

We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic, close-knit team and play a key role in optimizing and growing our paid social channels.
Reporting to our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing (Paid Social + Offline), you’ll oversee and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms, driving revenue growth and strengthening brand engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with our Growth, Creative, and Influencer teams, as well as external partners, to execute and scale best-in-class paid social strategies.
You’ll also manage one direct report, guiding their development and ensuring the long-term success of our paid social initiatives. What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and testing channels.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and proactively adjust campaign structure, creative, landing pages, audiences, and copy to maximize results.
- Maintain and refine reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights for the marketing team.
- Develop and implement a robust creative and tactical testing roadmap, staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
- Lead creative briefing for paid social assets to ensure impactful messaging.
- Serve as the internal expert and primary point of contact for external platform representatives.
- Support the Senior Manager with paid social forecasting and budget allocation strategies.
- Manage and develop one direct report (Paid Social Associate), providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance to help them grow.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns for a high-growth brand.
- 1+ year of people leadership experience (preferred), with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising, with a track record of driving engagement and revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., MTA, MMM, Incrementality testing).
- Skilled in developing and executing creative testing strategies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and influencer teams.
- Experience using Smartly, Looker/BI tools, and managing direct reports is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
At Brooklinen, we are committed to offering a competitive total compensation package, informed by market data that reflects our company’s size, stage, industry, and location. The base salary range for this role is $87,000–$97,000.
