Construction Client Care Leader (Warranty) - Chattanooga

The Client Care Leader excels at communicating with homeowners and trade partners. The Client Care Leader needs hands on experience and basic punch out, drywall, paint, trim repairs as needed. Basic plumbing and electrical skills/ knowledge required. All while delivering an excellent customer service experience.  This opportunity is based in our Chattanooga Design Studio.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact homeowners within 24 hours or next business day of receiving warranty request.
  • Ensure warranty requests are completed within 45 days of receipt.
  • Lead all homeowner orientations.
  • Maintain a 90%+ Client rating score.
  • Complete a minimum of 2 Q & C checks per month.
  • Reduce cost by completing reasonable repairs by hand (not requiring specialty trade)
  • Maintain up-to-date Warranty Portal for all warranty requests.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert of BHH Standards and product knowledge.
  • Report recurring warranty issues to assess whether standards modification or training is necessary.
  • Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, team members and trade partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize urgent vs important.
  • Strategic thinker with positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly and.
  • Maintain a high energy level and have a desire for growth.
  • 3+ years of related construction experience (scattered lot) preferred.
  • Be goal-driven and a life-long learner.
  • Familiar with the local area and strong relationships in the industry preferred.

Travel:

  • Must be able to travel for training purposes

Salary Range:

$50,000 - $75,000 USD
