The Foundry New Business team activates this process transforming opportunities into standout pitches through smart insights, strong creative development, and high-impact storytelling that showcases the firm’s very best work.
As the New Business Account Director, you will sit at the center of Foundry’s new business efforts, helping turn early opportunities into sharp briefs, powerful concepts, and polished proposals. You will collaborate closely with strategists, researchers, creatives, and the advisory team to ensure every pitch is insight-led, creatively inspiring, and operationally tight.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping Brunswick’s most important opportunities, directly influencing the clients we win and the work we create. Every pitch is different, every challenge is high-stakes, and every outcome has real impact. In this role, your energy, insight, and creativity will help define the future of Brunswick Foundry and the firm.
About the Role
- Intake & Coordination
- Support intake of new business opportunities and help draft initial briefs
- Assist in assembling and coordinating pitch teams
- Develop tailored workback plans, manage timelines, and coordinate deliverables across disciplines
- Ensure required internal processes are completed
- Insight & Strategy Development
- Support development of the pitch hypotheses and win strategy
- Contribute to the campaign strategy and activation plan development
- Creative Development & Validation
- Coordinate the development of campaign concepts, mockups, and illustrative examples
- Organize internal ideation sessions and creative workshops
- Support creation of research stimuli and AI-driven testing
- Pitch Development & Delivery
- Help develop and design pitch materials including decks, case studies, bios, and executional examples
- Coordinate rehearsals and ensure teams are fully prepared for live delivery
- Support fee submissions, logistics, and internal review cycles
- Follow-Through
- Support post-pitch steps including thank-yous, documentation uploads, and feedback collection
- Document and maintain best-in-class materials to enable teams to start from a strong foundation and learn quickly
- Help manage post-mortems and the Foundry new business library
- Project Management
- Function as the day-to-day project lead on select clients when needed
- Help oversee campaign development, manage workflows, and ensure smooth coordination across Foundry and Brunswick advisory teams

- Ideal Candidate
- 4-7+ years of experience in supporting new business efforts in a professional services or agency environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable helping to manage creative concept development
- Have worked on fully integrated campaigns across paid, earned, owned media
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- Extremely proficient with PowerPoint

The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package:
Base Pay: The annual base compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.
Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual and firm-wide performance.
