As our Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our 24/7 operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly from production to dispatch.

Our warehouse team has experienced considerable growth and change over the past three years since we opened Rudies Kitchen. The addition of our new, state-of-the-art storage and fulfilment centre, Ace’s Pantry, this year, has further highlighted the crucial role our central warehouse team plays in keeping our operation running effectively 24/7.

This role will be Monday - Friday office hours, but flexibility will be needed to support your shift based teams as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • 🦴 Keep the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring zero downtime and on-time deliveries.
  • 🐕‍🦺 Lead and develop our Warehouse Team Leaders, helping them grow and achieve their goals.
  • 🚛 Oversee the MHE fleet, manage contracts, and drive innovation.
  • 📊 Own the warehouse budget and continually strive for improvement in all areas.

  • You have a good level of experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager - and are used to managing multiple shift managers (sometimes called warehouse managers)
  • Your experience will have been gained within the food industry to understanding the challenges and critical nature of our product and the controls required is essential
  • Experience gained in the fast-moving consumer goods market (FMCG), would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Lives and breaths Health and Safety
  • Fleet management of MHE experience, including contracts, repairs and maintenance is essential
  • Stock Accuracy should be your second language
  • A passion for data, and all things Spreadsheet and analytics
  • Very Strong Stakeholder Management skills
  • Hands on, and understands how and when to jump in and support vs direct from afar
  • Pragmatic, adaptable, resilient and humble
  • Well-practiced planning, organisation and scheduling skills
  • Hungry for a challenge and keen to elevate the warehouse function to the next level
  • Easily approachable with good interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills and priority setting
  • You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for data and a love for dogs! 🐶
