📣 A bit about the role:
We are looking for a Recruiter (talent acquisition) to join our talent team at a very exciting time in our journey. We are growing quickly and have ambitious plans over the next few years. As a Recruiter at Butternut Box, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - including sourcing, attracting and interviewing candidates, ensuring a fantastic candidate experience, optimising internal processes and supporting an effective onboarding process. You'll work directly with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and build strong talent pipelines. This is definitely a role for someone that is comfortable (and thrives) in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
This role is based in London at our West London office - we work in a synchronised hybrid set up where office days are Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is non negotiable, so please do not apply if you're not within a reasonable commuting distance from West London.
🐾 A bit about the team:
In London, our talent team is currently a group of four – a Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, High Volume Recruiter, and a Talent Operations Specialist. But we’re also part of a bigger global talent team of 13, working alongside our colleagues in Rudie’s Kitchen, Psibufet (Poland), Germany and the Netherlands. Together, we make up a part of the People Team at Butternut, a driven and passionate bunch of 30 who are all about making Butternut the best place you've ever worked.
👋 A bit about you:
- Proven internal recruitment experience at a fast growing startup or scaleup (we're sorry, at this time we cannot only consider agency experience)
- Experience recruiting a variety of positions, including for tech, product and commercial departments
- Analytical, data driven and investigative nature, always #strivingforbetter
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience that includes surprise and delights along the way
- Passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and how People teams can have a big impact and influence
- Ability to build trusting relationships quickly with stakeholders
- You love dogs, naturally. (You like people too…)
Experience working with Greenhouse as an ATS and Notion / Slack as internal tools would help your application stand out.
❓A bit about the recruitment process:
- A 45 minute initial call with a member of the talent team - this is carried out remotely
- A 1 hour 30 minute technical interview comprising of an in interview challenge - this is carried out remotely
- A 1 hour values interview - this will take place in person at our West London Office
