
Regional Director - Restaurant Partnerships
This role is responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners by engaging C-level leaders through strategic prospecting, networking, and consultative selling. The position focuses on introducing prospects to the Dinova program, effectively demonstrating its value, and guiding them from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closed-won sales.

Your impact:
- Develop target lists of restaurant brands, chains, and groups within the assigned territory.
- Build and execute a structured sales management strategy to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Prospect for new customers via email, phone, social media, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with C-level contacts to introduce and promote the Dinova program.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to executive audiences.
- Use consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points, present solutions, and persuade buyers.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms and use them strategically to resolve buyer objections.
- Manage the sales pipeline from first appointment through close, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred) to manage opportunities and pipeline visibility.
About you:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, and/or business travel industries.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling intangible products or services.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for tracking and forecasting.
- Strong prospecting abilities across multiple channels (email, phone, social, networking, in-person).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to uncover problems, present solutions, and overcome objections.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
