cabi Outlet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused 30-Hour Key Carrier to support store leadership, drive sales, and help create an inspiring shopping experience for every customer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading by example, and taking ownership of store operations while developing their retail leadership skills.

As a member of the store's leadership team, you'll play a key role in daily operations and customer engagement while helping ensure the store runs smoothly and successfully.

What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • Deliver personalized styling and customer service experiences that build trust and loyalty
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers through active clienteling and engagement programs
  • Help customers discover products that fit their needs and personal style
  • Support sales goals and key performance metrics through exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Serve as a role model on the sales floor by demonstrating outstanding customer care and professionalism

Support Team Success

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
  • Assist with coaching, motivating, and supporting fellow team members
  • Lead by example in customer service, accountability, and teamwork
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, providing leadership and operational support
  • Delegate daily tasks and help ensure priorities are completed efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store leadership

Help Drive Store Operations

  • Support merchandising and visual presentation standards to create an inviting shopping environment
  • Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock organization
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence
  • Support cash handling, banking procedures, and asset protection practices
  • Work independently or collaboratively to meet the needs of the business
  • Assist with additional store projects and responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering memorable customer experiences
  • Previous retail experience as a Sales Associate, Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead with confidence and support team success
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle cash and store assets with integrity and accuracy
  • Dependable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–2 years of retail experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods

Schedule & Availability

This is a 30-hour-per-week position requiring flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Occasional solo coverage may be required.
