About your mission

As a People Business Partner Tech (PBP), your mission is to ensure the alignment of talent strategies with the business's evolving needs, fostering a motivated workforce and a culture that reflects the company’s values. You will play a key role in driving organizational performance and effective employee engagement,and strategic decision-making support.

You will play the role of a trusted advisor to leaders, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of core HR processes.

 How would you help us to fulfill our mission?

  • Being the link between the People team and the business areas you will be in charge of, working hand in hand with the Leadership team, and close to all employees.

  • Guide for managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, offering strategic advice and practical support on key processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding. You will ensure that managers are equipped with the tools and insights needed to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

  • You will align People´s operations with business strategy translating the priorities of your business area to  People cross teams in order to ensure processes are built with business support. 

  • Implementing global development programs according to the team's needs.

  • Providing channels and resources needed to the teams which facilitate people management, professional development,  leadership, and employee well-being.

  • You will make data-driven decisions and develop initiatives based on them. You will measure trends and will be able to activate mechanisms that will help you to achieve People´s objectives.

  • You will promote a high-performance work environment implementing strategies aimed at consolidating a strong structure by generating an inclusive culture and always communicating Cabify´s vision, values and strategy.

  • Guiding new joiners in their first months, guaranteeing their quick and effective integration on their teams. 

  • Managing with the Rewards team the compensation structure and actively participating in company's salary reviews. 

  • You will provide support to the employees and managers in labor relation issues, ensuring internal policies compliance. 

What we are looking for: 

  • A Degree or  Master’s degree in an HR-related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience as HRBP or HR Generalist.

  • High level of English: at least C1.

  • Desirable experience in growth companies 

  • Exceptional leadership, listening and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and coach employees of all levels in the organization.

  • Ability to learn, be flexible and feel comfortable with fast-paced change environments.

Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses. 

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have to right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
