Senior Sales Executive
Callibrity is a remote-first company based in the US Eastern/Central time zones. This role may be virtual, remote-based but must work US Eastern/Central Time work hours. Highest consideration will be given to candidates local to and/or those willing to relocate to the Greater Cincinnati area. We will not consider non-US based candidates or Corp to Corp candidates.
Callibrity Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to help grow our client base by producing and maintaining a book of business with enterprise and mid-market clients. This person will serve as a trusted partner to our clients as well as internal teams, working collaboratively to close new revenue opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Fully understand Callibrity’s capabilities and how they apply to solving client business problems.
- Target, develop, and maintain key buyer and influencer relationships across enterprise and mid-market companies to grow new business.
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new Master Service Agreements.
- Drive the development of account strategies and sales activities necessary to achieve revenue goals.
- Execute lead generation pursuits, sales pipeline management, and existing customer engagement strategies.
- Drive go-to-market strategies including brand awareness with client executives.
- Be the primary Callibrity representative driving opportunities through the sales process, including proposal development and contract execution.
- Be a culture ambassador for Callibrity.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of demonstrated success navigating complex technology solution sales.
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- A passion for identifying and winning new client opportunities.
- Experience building relationships with CXOs and business decision makers.
- High level of business acumen and executive level communication skills.
- Self-driven personality, operating with a propensity for thoughtful action.
- Willingness to coach and be coachable.
- Curiosity, passion, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
