Sales Enablement Manager

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

The Position

CallRail is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager!

The Sales Enablement Manager is the primary driver of how sales and account management teams learn, ramp, and improve at CallRail. This role owns training and onboarding delivery end-to-end, governs the Go-to-Market processes reps rely on day-to-day, and serves as the connective tissue between Sales, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional partners in Product, Product Marketing, and Finance. You'll define and implement strategy - taking insights surfaced by data and AI tools and turning them into coaching, content, and processes that reps actually use. Key responsibilities involve establishing process governance for mission-critical workflows, while simultaneously designing and managing all sales training, onboarding, and content initiatives to drive customer-centric value selling in a fast-moving business environment. The role requires a strong blend of operational rigor, strategic planning capability, and a passion for developing sales talent within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Success is measured by the productivity and effectiveness of the reps and managers you support — ramp time, goal attainment, engagement with trained content, and improvement in core sales KPIs like conversion rate, ARPU, and attach rates — delivered through strong in-person and virtual facilitation, tight cross-functional coordination, and disciplined process governance.

What You'll Do

  • Training & Enablement Delivery: Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of new hire onboarding, role-based promotion paths, and ongoing skill-development programs, with an emphasis on customer-centric value selling. Track engagement, application, and retention of trained content.
  • Performance Gap Analysis & Coaching: Partner closely with sales teams to identify performance and process gaps, and translate those insights into recurring, dynamic education programs — including insights surfaced through Gong call review and Outreach engagement data.
  • GTM Process Governance & Cross-Functional Liaison: Establish and maintain governance of critical Go-to-Market processes. Serve as the primary liaison to Engineering/Product Development, Product Marketing, and Finance to translate new features, pricing, promotional offers, and strategic initiatives into sales-ready enablement. Serve as a representative for Sales in cross-functional initiatives, including planning and update meetings, and identifying areas of front-line impact.
  • Process Documentation & Playbooks: Own and continuously refine sales process documentation — playbooks, runbooks, and process guides — ensuring they reflect current tools, messaging, and GTM motion rather than going stale after launch.
  • AI and Tool Adoption & Coaching: Own in-practice coaching and adoption for Gong (call coaching, objection handling), Outreach (messaging and reply-rate coaching) while leveraging tools like Testbox and Synthesia to optimize performance. Coach reps on adopting AI tools in their day-to-day workflow. Continually evaluate and bring in new tools to modernize training delivery and sales enablement.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Work in close partnership with Sales Leadership to support strategic Sales initiatives, ensuring training, process, and communication resources are in place for successful execution.
  • AI Usage & Security: Continuous personal adoption of AI platforms is expected to streamline your own workflow. Adhere to CallRail AI usage policies — confidential or proprietary information must not be entered into unauthorized AI platforms.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • A track record of designing and delivering onboarding curricula and ongoing skill-development programs for sales or account management teams, with measurable impact on ramp time or performance.
  • Strong live and virtual facilitation and coaching skills — exceptional at running in-person or virtual training sessions and coaching reps directly, not just producing content.
  • Practical, hands-on comfort using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to synthesize data and insights into coaching and content.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and/or Finance teams to translate initiatives into field-ready enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex or technical information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site at CallRail's Corp Office in Atlanta.

Nice to Have

  • Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or a formal training certification.
  • Prior experience in call tracking, conversation intelligence, or broader marketing technology.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a formal onboarding curriculum for a distributed or hybrid sales team.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Additional Perks

  • Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Competitive HSA with company matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
  • Employee stock options available from day one
  • $2,000 annual educational allowance
  • Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
  • MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
  • Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
  • Regular company outings and events
  • Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office

Beginning in January 2027, CallRail will transition to a 3.5-day hybrid work model. Employees will work in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with Wednesdays alternating bi-weekly between remote and in-office. Fridays will remain remote.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
