Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager will be an integral part of the commercial marketing team and will be responsible for the execution of digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing for HCP and patient audiences. They will serve as the SME on the marketing tech stack, implement marketing automation platforms and be responsible for the management and optimization of the websites.
In This Role, You Will:
Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, and physician/patient engagement.
- Develop engaging content for digital channels
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brand execution.
- Leverage analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Media
- In partnership with a digital marketing agency, develop and execute content calendars across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Monitor engagement and grow community presence
- Track performance and optimize strategies based on insights
Website Management
- Manage updates, content uploads, and user experience enhancements in partnership with a digital agency partner
- Ensure SEO best practices and coordinate with digital agency as needed
Paid Media
- Support development and optimization of paid social, search, and display campaigns
- Collaborate with agency partners on media planning, creative development, and reporting
Marketing Automation
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and email campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and alignment between marketing automation and CRM systems.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Act as day-to-day contact for digital agencies and vendors
- Ensure projects are on track, on brand, and aligned with goals
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all materials comply with FDA, FTC, and company quality/regulatory standards.
- Partner with legal/regulatory teams to manage review and approval processes for all marketing content.
Who You Will Report To:

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in downstream marketing in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Education: Equivalent work experience or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong digital, content development, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), PowerPoint, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Preferred: Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for medical devices.
- Work location: hybrid
- Travel: 15% travel
