About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key liaison and strategic facilitator, working closely with internal teams to execute their initiatives in alignment with the President's priorities. You will help streamline communication, anticipate and clarify the President’s directives, and support cross-functional groups as they develop transfer partnerships, foster relations with external entities, and refine academic programming. Drawing upon strong relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills, you will collaborate with colleagues, keep the President informed, and help guide collective efforts toward achieving the College’s long-term goals.

Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience: A minimum of 5 of professional experience in relevant fields such as higher education, consulting, operations, or strategy.
- Consulting experience: Proven track record in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- Start-up or fast-paced environment: Experience working in a high-growth start-up or dynamic environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key.
What you’ll get:
A compensation package that includes a base salary ($70,000 - $100,000) + equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
