About the Role

We are seeking a Student Support Coordinator passionate about student success, equity, and campus well-being. This role requires a dynamic problem-solver who can advocate for students while upholding institutional policies ensuring a safe, fair, and inclusive educational experience. The Student Support Coordinator will bridge student needs and institutional processes, managing ADA accommodations, student conduct, mental health referrals, and grievance resolution. If you are a strong listener with experience in student affairs, disability services, or conduct processes, we encourage you to apply!

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Champion accessibility and equity by coordinating ADA / Title IX accommodations and ensuring compliance with disability regulations, working closely with faculty and staff  to remove barriers for students.
  • Uphold student accountability with care by managing conduct cases, refining policies, and enhancing practices that promote learning and growth.
  • Be a first responder for student well-being by connecting students in crisis to the right mental health resources, building a stronger network of support services, and ensuring timely referrals.
  • Resolve conflicts and amplify student voices by overseeing grievance processes, mediating disputes, and advocating for fair and transparent resolutions.
  • Drive data-informed improvements by building reports that ensure compliance, enhance the student experience, and streamline communication across campus departments.

Support our online student community through platform facilitation, moderation, and student group support.

We’re excited about you because…

You’ve successfully advocated for student access and equity—whether through managing accommodations, handling student conduct, or leading inclusion initiatives.

You have a track record of handling complex student cases with professionalism, discretion, and a student-centered approach.

You confidently navigate challenging conversations—whether mediating disputes, guiding students through policy violations, or supporting mental health concerns.

You bring deep knowledge of higher education policies and compliance (ADA, FERPA, student conduct, or Title IX) and know how to implement them effectively.

You’re a proactive problem solver who doesn’t just manage processes but actively improves them, making student affairs work smarter, not harder.

What you’ll get:

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($65,000 - $75,000) + equity grant
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.

  • 401(k) match
  • “Take what you need” PTO + several paid holidays
  • In-office lunches for our NY Office (did we mention, we’re dog friendly? 🐶)
  • Flexible working hours & a hybrid work schedule (Mon & Fri remote; Tues-Thurs in-office)
  • Social events - happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, & more
  • Opportunity to make an impact – you’ll be an integral player in bringing our vision to life
