THE BIG PICTURE

We are seeking an AI Business Process Analyst to evaluate and reimagine how our organization operates by embedding AI into core business processes. This role will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows, identifying pain points and opportunities, and designing future-state processes that unlock measurable improvements through AI.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN

 

  • Clearly document existing processes and associated challenges.
  • Identify and quantify improvements achievable through AI.
  • Design practical, AI-infused business processes that drive efficiency and value.
  • Partner with the AI Infusion Success team to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct structured interviews, process walk through, and shadowing sessions to capture insights into current-state processes.
  • Map and thoroughly document current workflows, including inputs, outputs, and pain points.
  • Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases by quantifying anticipated benefits.
  • Design, validate, and document future-state processes that leverage AI solutions.

 

 

 

WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME

 

 

  • Experience as a Business Analyst ideally within IT domain
  • Proficiency in process mapping methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and perform structured analysis.
  • Experience developing business cases and performing cost-benefit analysis.
  • Ideally, experience with financial services and/or consulting experience
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solver mindset, open to learn 
  • Curiosity for AI domain (or ideally some experience)
