🏢This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Moorgate) Offices 2 days a week.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to support recruitment delivery across our Central Functions. You'll take ownership of a wide range of roles end-to-end, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and work closely with another Senior Talent Partner to ensure we’re securing the best talent across all Central Functions.
Central Functions covers a wide range of specialist departments outside of Technology, Sales, and Customer Operations — such as Finance, Legal, People, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing. This means you’ll be managing a varied and often complex hiring portfolio, balancing operational delivery with opportunities to improve how we attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent for these teams.
What you'll be doing
- Recruiting across Central Functions ranging in seniority and specialism, ensuring we meet KPIs and departmental targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively sourcing and attracting the best talent for our Central Functions teams.
- Using data and insights to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Leading or contributing to broader Talent Team projects.
We’re Looking For 🔎
- Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Experience hiring across multiple levels and a broad range of functions.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Confidence using data to track, analyse, and improve hiring performance.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
