Operations Analyst – Hours Banking & Eligibility
Position Summary:
As an Operations Analyst, you will be a critical player in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and smooth operation of Hours Banking and Eligibility operations. This role collaborates with both internal teams and external partners to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot operational procedures, ensuring accurate flow of information. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of operational functions and preferably, have experience with basic accounting and/or Union operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative and communications support
- Prepare reports, memos, and various internal & external deliverables
- Support accounting / finance with management of regular payables and receivables, employee expenses, etc.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all paper and electronic documents
- Serving as a point of coordination for Hours Banking and Eligibility identification and issue resolution with internal teams and external integration partners
- Identify and triage Hours Banking and Eligibility issues and support the resolution of all errors
- Proactively monitoring system status to quickly identify potential abnormalities that might impact quality and accuracy
- Ensuring that all issues and errors are resolved using designated operating standards and within defined service levels
- Assist with the validation of operational integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes
- Participate in projects that impacts including vendor changes, client migrations, and client add-on requests
- Support ongoing management of Company policies and procedures
- Support general business needs, as required
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in an equivalent role
- Experience using Quickbooks Online preferred, but not required
- Experience in Union operations preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and a very keen eye for detail and accuracy
- An ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Experience working in high-growth, startup environments preferred
- A positive and upbeat attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes
- An ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities at any given time
- An ability to work well independently and be an effective collaborator within and across teams
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately up to 10%)

This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 USD
