This role is ideal for a passionate, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual who loves engaging multimedia content and storytelling and has a strong background in content creation and B2B social/digital media management – i.e., you have a proven ability to educate and entertain your target audiences.

We operate in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape, and our enterprise health platform, Judi®, powers both:

As a key player on the marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Communications & Content, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the deployment of content across external and internal channels. You’ll be proactive and surface insights in intuitive and creative ways that support campaigns and drive successful marketing initiatives aligned with our overall strategic objectives: to help shape the future of healthcare delivery in our country.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Manage B2B Social Media: You will help execute and ultimately orchestrate our social media strategy. Leverage a vast library of content, data, AI, and access to countless subject matter experts (SMEs) to create dynamic content, and then manage the calendar. Your posts on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels will elevate our brand and engage our professional audiences.
  2. Create Compelling Multimedia Content: Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality audio and video content, including podcasts, webinars, and short-form videos, that clearly relay our complex solutions and SMEs’ expertise to our audiences. Collaborate with the team to design graphics and other related items as needed.
  3. Enhance Internal Communications: Leverage your creativity to organize content from across the company and craft and distribute engaging internal communications, including, but not limited to, our popular monthly company newsletter, as well as memos or other interdepartmental announcements, to keep our growing team informed, connected, and on mission.
  4. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, clinical, account management, government programs, and product, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message across all channels and initiatives and elevate our team.
  5. Support Demand Generation: Collaborate with the Director of Demand Generation and colleagues to generate and refine persuasive content for campaigns, landing pages, and other sales collateral as needed.
  6. Analyze and Optimize: Track and report on your content and campaign performance, using data and insights to stay ahead of the curve and refine strategies in ways that demonstrate impact.

All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing with a focus on digital and social media, internal communications, and project management.
  • Proven expertise in social media program management and audio and video editing; experience publishing on LinkedIn and YouTube is required, as is experience with editing software such as Adobe Audition/Premiere/Creative Cloud, Avid, or other video/audio editing and mixing tools.
  • Established knowledge of podcast production and distribution platforms is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills – a track record of creating clear, compelling content.
  • Experience with Oktopost, Sprout, or other social media management and advocacy platforms.
  • Familiarity with and comfort using AI tools such as Jasper AI, Opus, ElevenLabs, and the major engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, et al.); experience with other tools/software, including Wavve, Canva, and/or Hubspot, would be a plus.
  • An understanding of search experience optimization and media placement strategies would be helpful in this role, but is not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Experience in project management, including familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or similar, would be helpful but is not essential.

Key Attributes:

  • Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior management.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, impactful video, audio, and other content.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
