Position Summary: 

Join our mission to infuse cutting-edge AI/ML/GenAI into pharmacy benefits as an AI Success Specialist Manager.  We are looking for an experienced professional with AI and machine learning expertise to join us in applying cutting-edge open-source tools and/or those developed within the company to increase efficiency and reduce friction within the company as well as for our customers. 

AI Success Managers drive client value, adoption, and retention for AI products by guiding onboarding, optimizing use cases, and fostering strategic partnerships. They act as technical advisors and change agents, ensuring safe, ethical, and high-ROI deployment of AI solutions. Core duties include accelerating time-to-value, managing a cross-functional technical team, and monitoring performance KPIs. 

Core Responsibilities and Roles  

  • Adoption and Value Realization:Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions.  
  • Strategic Advisory:Act as a strategic partner to department leaders within the company and external clients as needed, mapping AI capabilities to business goals, identifying new use cases, and driving expansion.  
  • Implementation Management:Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training, to ensure successful deployment.  
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI, to inform optimization strategies.  
  • Change Management:Guide clients through the organizational changes required for AI adoption, focusing on training and cultural alignment.  
  • Technical Support and Advocacy:Act as a liaison between the clients/departments and the AI product/engineering teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product enhancements.  
  • Risk Management:Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment.  
  • Manage and lead team of small team Machine Learning Engineers
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance

Key Skills Required  

  • AI Technical Proficiency:Deep understanding of Generative AI/ML models, Agentic AI, API usage, and data management.  
  • Relationship Management:Ability to build trust with key stakeholders and executives.  
  • Strategic Thinking:Capability to align complex AI technology with business strategy and outcomes.  
  • Change Leadership:Expertise in guiding organizations through digital transformation.  
  • Data Analysis:Proficiency in interpreting usage data to make informed decisions. 
     

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 6 years (4 years with Masters degree) of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini etc. Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on any of the GenAI services  
  • Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Good written and communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $230,000 USD
