Location: Remote or Hybrid (NYC, Denver)
Position Summary:
This high-performing individual will be responsible for assisting the product and operational teams in delivering new features and functionality for JUDI, Judi Health’s enterprise health platform.
Position Responsibilities:
- Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
- Triage, research and identifying technical solutions for errors occurring within the JUDI tech stack.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the Product Manager.
- Responsible for ticket review and identification of missed intent post Quality Assurance review.
- Assist Product Manager & team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Product Manager to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning.
- Provide support to the Product Manager and team in terms of planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree
- Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Intellectual and professional curiosity
- Willing to work 35+ productive hours in a work week excluding holidays and approved PTO as measured by various tools when remote.

Salary Range
$20 - $22 USD
