Carbon is looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Cloud Developer to join the TechOps team and utilize their expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Applications. The individual will report to the Director of Business Systems & Intelligence, and will work with Carbon’s existing Oracle team to support key activities associated with Oracle Supply Chain Applications.

Carbon’s Oracle landscape includes Supply Chain and Finance modules, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teammates both within and outside of the Oracle realm to find optimal solutions to business problems. You will work closely with Carbon’s business stakeholders, Oracle developers, analytics team and automation team. 

In this role you will be working in an office located in Hyderabad, India with a hybrid schedule. 

You will…

  • Understand Carbon's supply chain operations, and ensure that the accompanying Oracle processes are efficiently configured to support Carbon’s evolving supply chain
  • Configure new setups and modules
  • Re-configure and optimize existing setups
  • Lead projects related to enhance or implement Supply Chain modules
  • Identify opportunities to extend and integrate Oracle with other Carbon applications
  • Configure and maintain B2B integrations with Carbon’s key suppliers
  • Collaborate with Carbon’s data analytics team to support reporting efforts related to Supply Chain analytics
  • Advise stakeholders about new or underutilized functionality and features
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Raise Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle, and follow the SRs through to resolution
  • Ensure stakeholders are kept apprised of issues statuses
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on the status of SRs
  • Appropriately escalate SRs
  • Perform patch and upgrade testing
  • Lead user testing of new setups
  • Document system setup and processes
  • Arrange the appropriate training for new users

You have…

  • 7-10 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion (Cloud) Supply Chain Applications (including, but not limited to Order Management, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics and Product Management)
  • Strong understanding of complex Order to Cash processes, including order orchestration
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain, 3PL and drop-ship
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including BOM setup, work definitions and work orders
  • Proficient in B2B setups and maintenance
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and setups
  • Excellent understanding of data flows as they relate to Supply Chain applications, and the interactions between Supply Chain and Financial modules.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication(written and verbal), organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interact well with employees at all organizational levels
